Amelia doesn't have a sign-up option. When a customer books an appointment, their customer account is created within Amelia. If you enabled the password requirement for the panel, you can also include the %customer_panel_url% placeholder in your email templates, so when a customer books an appointment (or an event) they will receive a link with a unique token that will take them to the Customer Panel page, where they can configure their password.
For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!
If you have any questions or concerns about another topic, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help you out!

Hello Alexandre,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you provide me with the link to the customer panel, please?
So I will be able to reproduce it and help you.
Look forward to your reply.
Have a nice day!

Dear Alexandre,
Sorry for the misunderstanding,
Amelia doesn't have a sign-up option.
More info about this placeholder and email notifications can be found here: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/article/17674/
And here you can find out more about the front-end customer panel: https://wpamelia.com/front-end-customer-panel/.
If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Have a nice day!

Dear Alexandre,
I just checked your back-end and you have a link to the customer panel in the notifications:
I have just tested it on my testing site, with a new customer making a Test booking,
and right away as I click the link from his Email, it logs me into the Customer panel:
-
This is the back-end setup for notification:
This is how the email is received:
Please double-check the points from this page, that explain the customer panel;
And let me know how it seems if you have any questions.
Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Stanislav Snagovskiy

Ok stanislas
I understood and checked that if in the "role settings / customer" I disable " Require password for login "
the customer will click on the link and it open to the panel
But idd I want the customer to access anytime to the customer panel I activate " Require password for login "
then how the customer can receive/find is password to access the panel ?
Best Alexandre
Dear Alexandre,
So, when a customer made a booking - he got this Email, right into the inbox:
And it goes straight to "create your password" on the Panel, for new customers; or if it's an existing customer > then it would log them in.
If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Have a nice day!

Hi, Alexandre.
Sorry for the late reply.
I can see that this is a duplicate ticket, and we already covered this topic in another ticket:
