Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Well, technically it might seem so,  

but a senior colleague has successfully done this on a Lite version on his Test site,

so it is a bit strange how on your site, and on mine,  we are able to replicate this issue, but he can not...

We escalated this with our developers - they will advise us what is best to tackle the issue further.

Regarding the   https://swapi.dev/api/people/  ,   

currently, it would only be possible to link this kind of format of JSON by using our new feature Nested Json,

which is only available in the premium version of the plugin, at the moment.

But in regards to your other JSON file, local  http://10.5.5.140/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/test.json,

we are not able to access it,   so we can not advise on it's formatting.

Can you please either send us the JSON file,

or upload it somewhere, and send us the link - then we will be able to inspect the file, and we will be able to tell you more?

Sorry for such waiting time.

Thank you very much for the JSON file, I am now able to test it.

On our Demo site, I am getting error as "There are no rows" :

but I will get help from senior colleagues, and developers if needed.

We will keep you posted on our progress, going to investigate the JSON file in more details.
