I'm developing a system for appointments that includes the following features:
- Appointments as available in the administrator's Google calendar; - Payment of a fixed amount with WooCommerce payment methods at the end of the form; - Automatic cancellation if payment is not made after x days; - Control of earnings per employee in the back office;
All these features I believe are possible on your part. I have this system developed based on Formidable Forms and Simply Schedule Appointments. My advantage right now is that I can have a custom form where I can do calculations between fields, have hidden fields with custom formulas and radio buttons with images. Just consult the link I sent you to check the entire frontend.
In terms of appearance, mainly in the backoffice, I would prefer to have your interface, so what I would like to know, in order to decide if I make the change to your system, is if you also allow this feature where you can make calculations between multiple fields.
1. Employees can be connected to one Google Calendar at a time, and if you, as an admin, want to see all of these appointments, you could have all the employees' calendars shared with yours.
2. When the deposit payment is enabled, the rest of the payment will be treated as on-site.
3. Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.
4. This information is available on the Amelia/Dashboard page.
At the moment, we do not have integration with Formidable Forms, but you could suggest that on the link that I provided above.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

For example: (field1 * 0.83)+ field2 / 5
Calculations of this kind.
Or do u have any kind of integration with FF?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Francisco Silva
