Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We figured out what the issue was. You didn't set up the locations through API you just created locations with the name. And then you used the locations address placeholder instead locations name.
We have changed the placeholder and now everything is working for appointment-approved notifications
If you still have a location's address placeholder on some other notifications just change them as we did fro this one and that is it.
Hi there
We have two locations, and we set up locations per working hours for a few employees.
However, after the booking, the customer received the email 'appointment approved the location is not there.
Before we set up the location per working hours it was fine.
We had checked and the placeholder is correct as %location_address%
Any ideas?
