Yes, you can have one employee in multiple locations but not at the same time. Amelia's logic is that one employee can't be in two or more places at the same time.
You can assign employees to different locations per work period.
For example, an employee can work in London from 09 am to 12 pm and then he can be assigned to work in New York from 12 pm to 17 pm.
Or if you need your employees to be present at all locations in full time you will need to create employees for each of those locations.
You can read more about locations and how to manage them here.
Hope this helps.

You cannot connect the location to the service, just like the service cannot work without the employee. As we mentioned, you can have one employee in multiple locations but not at the same time. Amelia's logic is that one employee cannot be in two or more places at the same time.

So you have to create an employee and assign the employee to that location, that way the employee who works on that service will also be at that location. Which means that there will be a location for that service on the booking at the front because that employee for that service is at that location.

Let me explain my situation. I got 1 teacher. I use services so 1 teacher wont be booked in 2 services at the same time. That's good. But 1 service is at the location of the school, the other one inhouse.
I'm asking this for the notification mails. And any time soon there will be a second teacher.
You can create 2 services, one is at the school and the other is in-house. As we mentioned, you can assign employees to different locations per work period.
For example, an employee can work in London from 09 am to 12 pm and then he can be assigned to work in New York from 12 pm to 5 pm.
And depending on the location, the customer will receive that location in the notifications.
And you can also create a seperate notification for each service individually.
If we missed something, write us a brief concrete example of what it would look like and what exactly you want.
How can i set a location for a services? Because all our services are at different locations.
