We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Is it possible for Front-End user can select the columns in wpDataTable Front-End UI pop-up panel ?
In other words, ,
Could the "Front-End user" select columns from all columns that table have ?
just like the attached images..
Hi, youngjin kim
Thanks for reaching out to us
-
I am sorry, but we are not sure we understood the example.
The part on the top right - is this to select from all the columns in the table, which will be visible?
If you need that, we have a built-in feature of "Column visibility".
On the back-end, Administrator can see more options, such as toggle filters for columns;
and if the column is visible.
But on front-end, users can only toggle column visibility.
-
We enable this in "Table Tools", if you wish front-end users to see the Column List, as well.
-
We are sending you an attachment video, to see an example, this is a very basic table on the front-end.
-
Please check more about this
on our Documentation page.
Let us know if you have any questions.
And, just wanted to point out that we have a Demo Sandbox site, where you can try out the plugin functionalities, on this link
and there is a 15-day money-back guarantee period, So if you purchase the plugin, you can safely fully test it out, and if it doesn't fit your needs you can request and receive a refund in that period. ( same goes for all plugins and add-ons)
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
