A customer has purchased a session with an employee and I want to move the session to another employee, but keep the same time. However, the session is outside the new employee's work hours schedule. Is there a way to override the employee's work hours and quickly assign him this session?
At the moment, I have to modify the employee's work hours, then move this session, then change the employee's work hours back, which is inconvenient, and causes some errors some times.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, you could enable the "Allow admin to book appointment at any time" option on the Amelia/Settings/Roles settings page.
