We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

several locations for one employee

    An employee has several locations at which he works. However, I have to select a specific location in the employee administration menu. In the search, the employee is then only connected to this location. I can duplicate the employee, but then the employee with two accesses always has to log in, which is also cumbersome and confusing for the employee.

    Hello Andreas,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Yes, but unfortunately it is not possible to add more locations to one employee. There is a workaround where you can make three same employees with different emails (you can use same email by adding numbers for example if your client email address is [email protected] you can make more employees with same email adding numbers like [email protected],[email protected]...). This is possible for Gmail and Outlook accounts.

    And then you can use ameliabooking shortcode and on front-end you can hide with CSS  dropdawn with Employees and it will be shown just Location dropdawn like you requested.

    You can use this CSS rule on the page between style tags where you will hide Employee dropdawn:

    <style>
    .am-select-employee-option {    display: none;
    }
    </style>

    An employee can work only on one location at a time, so if an employee is assigned to Location 1 by default, you can change that by creating Work Hours periods, so (s)he works on Location 1 from 09:00 - 12:00, on Location 2 from 12:00 - 14:00, on Location 3 from 14:00 - 17:00, and so on.

    If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.

    Have a nice day!

    Kind Regards,
