I have several amelia solutions on different websites. I notice that the MYSQL databases reach dimensions that are not normal. Can we repair or reduce the space of these?
I thank you in advance for your help. Have a nice day
Amelia stores user data (customers, employees, managers, and admins) along with the info about appointments, events, work hours, etc. so the tables related to Amelia store only relational information which should not be anywhere near this size. We've had customers that had around 1.000 appointments booked per day, and they never faced issues like this.
If you export only wp_amelia tables - how big is that file? Have you checked where the maximum load comes from? How many employees, customers, appointments, events, images do you have?
