when I go to update the plug in I get this message - " An error occurred while updating Amelia: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate Amelia."
When I go to settings it simply shows the code. There is no action to take. And our license is up to date - it doesnt expire until Feb 2023!
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

You can fill out the form at https://www.dariuscordell.com/consultation/ but when you hit Confirm it takes me to my checkout screen at https://www.dariuscordell.com/cart-2/ and there is no notification even of the attempt to use the program.
The program worked fine for a long time. But is no longer working and hasnt since around April.
We have version 3.0.2 installed. But we cant Update to 5.2. because of this issue
