If a customer buys a package twice it is shown as two entries in the backend and once in the frontend (and in the frontend the sum of all possible bookings are shown). That makes perfect sense to not confuse the customer:
Backend (2x1000 bookings):
Frontend (1x2000 bookings):
However, if one of the two packages is deactivated, the customer does not see the remaining package in the frontend to further book appointments:
Backend (one of the two packages deactivated):
Frontend (no package of this type available anymore):
--> The remaining active package with the according number of appointments must still be shown to the customer in the frontend.
Hm, that's strange. The only difference i can see is that the payment status in your screenshot is Pending whereas it is "Paid" on my tests (and checkout done via WooCommerce). I don't suspect that this could cause the different behaviour...?
I'm not sure how a video could show further hints apart from my screenshots below. I'll play around to see if i can track it down further.
Payment is in pending because it was paid via on-site option. But as far as we can see everything is working. Video will help us to see the steps and how the issue appears on your end. Hopefully, this will not happen again but in case it does and you manage to reproduce this please send the video.

Hello Peter,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We have tested this now on several devices and we couldn't replicate the issue. You can see it in these few screenshots
If you can replicate it again please send us a short one or two-minute video where we can see how it looks at your end.
We wish you all the best.
Kind Regards,
