Thank you for your reply. As attachement you'll find the message I receive after a test booking. The message is not in the notification overview. At least I can not find it.
We would like to turn it off because we don't want this message being send to people who book an appointment.
Can you send us a translation of that notification so that we know what it says and so that we can try to help you? But that notification must exist somewhere, there is no possibility to send non-existent notifications.

Everytime when a customer books an appointment, an email is send to the customer and employee.
The email is not part of the notifications in Amelia. For me it's not clear were I can adjust of stop the notification.
