1) This can be done with some custom CSS.

Please add this CSS to hide the ID:

.amelia-v2-booking #amelia-container .am-fs__congrats-main span {display: none !important;}

2) To hide the price:

.amelia-v2-booking #amelia-container .am-fs-sb__step:nth-child(4) {display: none !important;}

And this CSS removes payment info from the Congratulations screen:

.amelia-v2-booking #amelia-container .am-fs__congrats-info-customer>div:nth-child(6) {display: none !important;}

Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS can be done in a few different ways.

3) I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this currently cannot be done with the plugin's built-in features.

It probably can be done with some custom code or custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.

2. At the moment, the "payment" screen cannot be completely skipped at the moment, but we have a plan to add the option of choosing whether you will see the payments screen or not.

In regards to hiding the payment info on the service step, you can use the following CSS:

.am-adv-select__popper .am-adv-select__item-price{
    display: none !important;
}

4. Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

This issue is related to some security measure from your hosting provider that blocks the display of the booking form when the user is not logged in. Could you reach out to your hosting provider and they will be able to assist you with this issue?

We do not know exactly which measure is blocking the form as that is part of the hosting configuration and in 99% of the same issues that you are dealing with, the hosting is able to resolve this issue.

Would you be able to provide us with a staging site, along with WP-admin (Administrator) user, FTP, and the database, so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?

If you're not able to provide us with a staging site, can you clone your website?

If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the login credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.

The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.

Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

As this is not an issue related to Amelia, we have had a similar issue reported to us by one of the customers and they were able to resolve it by clearing the server cache and which is part of the hosting.

The issue is due to the "WP Fastest Cache Premium" plugin.

There is a plugin called "WP Plugin Manager" that is used to disable certain plugins from specific pages. You can install it and disable that plugin from the page where the booking form did not load like this for example

The form should load fine after that, please check it out from your end and let us know if this has helped.
