How can I remove the cancel package button from the customer panel?
Hello Stephen,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I suppose this could be achieved with some custom CSS, please send me the link and credentials to access your customer panel and a screenshot of the button you want to hide so I can better assist you. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Look forward to your reply.
Have a nice day!
Kind Regards,

Hello,
as i also hid this button on my page i share my CSS to do just that (and of course you don't need credentials for any site because that can be reproduced and tested ony any installation...):
div.amelia-app-booking div#am-cabinet div.am-booking-page__right {display: none !important;}
However, be aware that this is no bullet proof solution to completely deactivate the "Cancel package" function for the customers as the CSS can be changed on client side from anyone that knows how to use the browsers Inspect window.
PS: I would also really like an option to deactivate that button completely in the Amelia settings.
Dear Peter,
Thank you for the solution provided,
You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
Have a nice day!
Kind Regards,
