Our services prices will be going up to our customers from 1st October but we need to change them now to show our customers but we cannot see a part of the system where we can add a date from?
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. There is no option in Amelia where you can announce that the price will be different from a certain date. You can place this notice on a page on your site independent of Amelia. Price changes in Amelia are instantaneous, and as soon as you change the price on the back, it will immediately change the price on the front.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I tried to replicate this from my end, but I could not, as when the price of the service is changed, the change will be reflected only in the appointments made after the price has been changed.
Can you please provide me with some screenshots/screen recordings of this?

If I update a price will it change it automatically for all previous and future appts?
