    Hi, first of all, i really love this Amelia booking plugin.  I know there are a lot more options available once purchased but i want to try the free option first.  However, i am having trouble receiving booking confirmations.  Please assist

    Hello Saifur,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    An issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:

    1. Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
    2. Your website has a PHP version of less than 7.
    3. The credentials are not correct.
    4. There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.
    5. If you're using Gmail, please check out this article for detailed setup instructions.

    Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue. If you're still not able to resolve the issue, we'll need to remote into your website, and see what's going on.

    Thank you for your reply.  I am using gmail as the employee email. 

    I don't have the option to choose SMTP, as this is greyed out.  I can only select from WP mail or PHP mail.  Is this because i have not purchased the plugin yet?

    I have got it working with WP mail, however the emails seem to go into spam.  Is this to do with spam settings on my gmail?

    Also, is there a way for a customer to select more than 1 service? or is this option available when i purchase the plugin?

    Really good plugin and would recommend it to anyone.

    Hello Saifur,

    The most reliable way to configure email notifications is to set them through the SMTP Mail service which is not available in the lite version of the Amelia plugin.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    In regards to booking more than one appointment at a time, that is currently not possible with Amelia's built-in features and we will work on it and implement it in one of the future updates.
