In the example above, the employee is assigned to 3 services, but 2 newly added services are not automatically assigned to the employee's working hours, even though they may be assigned to him/her in the Assigned Services tab. If you want the employee to work on all services that you have, you should clear this selection, and every new service will be added automatically.
4. Did you assign the employee to another location? If you did, please go to Amelia/Locations, and make sure that the location is visible.
5. Check the shortcode on the front-end - if you (for example) used [ameliabooking category=1], and you added the service to Category with ID: 2, the new service from category 2 will not appear in the front-end.

If you're not able to provide us with a staging site, can you clone your website?
If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.
Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.

Just went to try a book a package and we still seem to have the same initial issue we had where, it doesn't show the calendar to schedule lessons, and the continue button is greyed out and the back button doesn't exist meaning you need to refresh the page to reset it.

1. Are these services visible on the site?
2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?

I've tried changing the theme, to no avail unfortunately. I've also tried to deactivate plugins but those also have no seemed to make a difference
Also when i try to use the ameliabooking shortcode, so not the step one (2.0) it seems that it just loads for perpetuity

I can now see the booking form which is great, however when I go to click the course background it doesn't select anything.
If you go to our home page and scroll down a little bit to the form you'll see that customers are unable to select a course

but i can see what you mean in regards to the Package issues....
If i select a package, it does not show the info, time slots / and no back button...
There are some errors in the console.
I have passed this to our developers again, they will help us troubleshoot further.

I am happy to say, our developers have fixed the issue once again.
What they did is, disabled this setting, in Amelia settings/Activation settings/Load Entities on Page Load
It seems perfect now, if i choose a Package, it properly loads the info, time slots, and the back button.
