I would like to get custom reports. For example where the client heard about us "source" and how much "sales / revenue" has been generated from that particular source. And also the ability to compare "source" using pie charts or graphs.
Also, can data from custom fields be used to generate reports?
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. The only solution that we can suggest is that you can export the SCV file in the appointment sections and there you can choose what you will export like this
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
