I would like to know, that how could I set the calendar's view not to start from 00:00. Our work ours are from 9:00 to 20:00, and it takes time every time to scroll from 00:00 to the actual time interval.

In your Amelia settings/Role settings/Admin,
you can disable this : Allow admin to book appointment at any time
And then the Admin will see the same work hours as you have set them for the employee.
