The Calendar on the back end when logged into WPress as Admin starts at 12am, even though our working hours in settings are set to start from 9am. This means I have to scroll down for ages every time I use the back end calendar. Is this how it's meant to be?
Any suggestions on how to prevent this?
But when I log in as an Amelia Manager, the Calendar starts at 9am.
Most likely in your backend option "Allow admin to book appointment at any time" is enabled (Amelia - Settings - Role Settings - Admin), since you have this option enabled, you can book at any time (working hours, special days and days off for all employees will be ignored).
For everyone else, besides admin, it looks the way you set it up.
If you have any more issues or questions feel free to ask, we will gladly help.
