    Hello,

    This query has 2 parts.

    1)  We've opted to use the payment types of Onsite (as default) and PayPal.  When we apply the payment in the Finance section, is there a way to breakdown the onsite type into categories such as:

    • Onsite Cash
    • Onsite Bank Transfer
    • Onsite Card
    • Exchange/Barter

    Maybe it could be simply a label field that is customisable by us?  Or maybe Coupons can handle this somehow?  Or even a free text notes field in there where we can specify how the payment is being handled onsite?

    2)  If an online booking by a customer, or back end booking by staff has been booked and onsite payment option has been chosen, how can we change the payment option afterwards, for example, customer chooses onsite payment when booking online, then they come in for their appointment and want to pay by card, how can we change they payment type in Amelia, and then process they payment via PayPal credit/debit card payment.

    1, 2. Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. We would be happy to help you, but what you want is currently possible in Amelia

    Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
