I have been struggeling with the extra’s for a very long time, i keep making tickets but nobody knows the answer and there is no solution!
I want to try and reorginize the way my clients can book appointments. My idea was that when clients select a category (for example when you look on my website, acrlyic) and then you get the option to select a service (for example when you look on my website, new set pink powder). After selecting that option i would like it if my clients where able to select other options (the same way that the categorie / service is shown). Is this possible?
I am done using the extra’s (all my clients complain!)
this is my last hope to use this plugin, if this doesnt work I unfortunatley will have to look for an other plugin for my salon booking :(
Please send us a screenshot of your tickets where you asked for help and didn't get it. We see in the system that this is only your second ticket in the Amelia category and the first ticket was answered, there you had an issue with the purchase, that is, with the bank where you purchased the license 4 times.
We can see that you are using extras and everything is working

Can you explain to us in a short example what you want to achieve, you can also send us screenshots so that we can understand you better. And we will be happy to help you achieve what you want if that is possible.

In the first picture you can select if my clients would like to have ‘manicure + gel polish’, ‘acrylics’, or ‘biab’. Then when my clients click on acrylic, for example. They have more options, when they select ‘new set pink powder’ for example, i would like to have more options for them to select.
I'm afraid we do not understand where the issue is. We went to your site and chose acrylic and pink powder and we can choose how many extras we want. All the extras you have set up for that service. As far as we can see, everything works as it should and we don't see any issues.
Thankyou for your reply, but that is not very helpful. Loads of clients of mine have this problem, i even had it too when i wanted to add extra’s. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doenst. I’m sick of this problem so i want to find a different solution. Do you understand my idea from the previous reply?
It is possible that we did not understand you well. Can you briefly explain to us what exactly the issue is?
There are no issues with extras in Amelia, we had no other ticket in regards to that and we tested it on several devices and we have tested on your site several times.
Whatever extras and services we chose, every time the extras worked for us on your site. We do not see any issues on your site.
If you have an issue with something else, please let us know exactly what the issue is so that we can test it as well.
