The timing is rigid, it starts from my set time-end time, and puts the buffers in according to if I choose the buffer before/after.
let's say I'm free from 1 to 5 pm on any given day. why couldn't someone just book 1:30 or 2 or 2:30. Is there any way to make the timing more flexible? I want them to be able to book any time they like within a certain range of availability.
I was trying to manually book a student for 3:30 pm and there's no such option available! I'll send an attachment of what I mean. I have limited options for what I can book, even though I'm in the admin role and should be able to choose any hour that I like to book someone.
Can I do something on my end about this ? or is this just how the app is designed?
issue 2:
I set buffer to 30 minutes after each session.
the buffer doesn't apply to my google calendar appointments. For example if I'm booked in my google calendar until 2 pm, and a student goes to book an appointment at 2 pm online through Amelia, it allows them. Whereas I would expect my next availability to be 2:30 (30 minutes buffer after my 2 pm appointment).
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Unfortunately, the admin token has expired and I was unable to log into the back-end of your website.
Please let me know once I can log in to perform checks. Also, in the meantime, you could check if you have the "Include Buffer time in Google events" option enabled on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar page.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Glad to hear that.
Looking forward to your update and please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello Azin,
Thank you for clearing that up.
Unfortunately, at the moment, it is not possible to distinguish between the buffer time and the service duration on the Google Calendar.
Hope this helps you.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
