We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
HI there,
We are evaluating this plugin whether this plugin fulfils our requirements or not. It is mentioned even in Lite version, someone will be able to create charts however whenever we are trying to create a chart, Data source as WP data table is not displayed in the drop down list. (We have already added few tables before reaching to this step).
We appreciate the plugin features and intend to purchase Premium version however just want to be sure of the right purchase decision using the liter version.
Please assist how we can do this.
Hi, Ajay
Thanks for reaching out to us
Are you maybe trying to create charts from Simple tables?
- At this time, it is not possible to make charts from Simple tables, but you can try any other table type, and you will be able to make charts from them.
-
And, just wanted to point out that we have a Demo Sandbox site, where you can try out the plugin functionalities, on this link
and there is a 15-day money-back guarantee period, So if you purchase the plugin, you can safely fully test it out, and if it doesn't fit your needs you can request and receive a refund in that period. ( same goes for all plugins and add-ons)
-
You can check out all the available chart engines and examples of wpDataCharts documentation here :
Examples of tables and charts;
Charts.JS
HighCharts
Google charts
Apex charts
-
Let us know if you have any questions
Thank you
Kind Regards,
