Hi, I have a barber that has been hurt and needs more time working on a service. For example a hair cut takes 20 minutes normally and he needs 35 minutes. Is there any way of changing this only for one employee?
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. The duration of the service is the same for all, you can only change the price of the service for different employees. The only other option is to create a separate service for that employee.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
Unfortunately, no, if you put a buffer then it again applies to the entire service for all employees, not just one. Your best option is to create a temporary special service for that employee.
As for the codeĀ It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.
But we can recommend this service for customization:

Hi, thanks for the reply
Is there no way to work around this, add a code or something to add at least a buffer for this one employee?
Kind regards
