Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
I'd like to automate this and distribute payments to people outside of ONLY myself. How can I achieve this? Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.
When customers book with my site, how can I have them NOT be able to choose individual service providers/employees?
I'd prefer if they can only select a service and available times and the provider will be AUTOMATICALLY selected for them. - You can hide the choose employee field in customize section

When you have several questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

2. Is everyone assigned to that service notified? - No, only the employee with whom the appointment was booked will receive a notification about that appointment
3. Do the jobs go into a queue before they can be claimed? - The appointment will be randomly assigned to employees who work on those services if the employee selection option is hidden.
