In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hey guys! I am trying to buy the one year license for just 1 website, the basic one.
The thing is that at first it said that my bank did not authorize the purchase. I called the bank, figured that everything was ok on their side and tried again... nothing. Moreover, now when I try to put my email "[email protected]" for doing the purchase it just does not work.
The form works with other emails but even so, it still says that my purchase is not authorized by the bank when in fact it is. How can we work this out?

Hello Nahue,
We've had no other reports that the payments are disabled on our website. From the error, it seems as your bank may be blocking the transactions seeing them as fraudulent charges. Can you check that with them again?
