Hi,
I have 2 employees and I have set their working hours - however the booking calendar does not accurately represent them, the time slots it gives are not within their working hours.
For example, I want to run tours between 6-8pm on Fridays, 3-5pm and 6 - 8pm on Saturdays and Sunday 3-5pm and 6 - 8pm.
I have set the time slots to 2 hours, however the booking tool gives 5-7pm on Friday, 2-4pm and 5-7pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Can you help me please? I have attached images for reference.
Thanks
Edward
Hello Edward,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you please check if you have set up the time zone for your employee in employee modal? Also please set your time zone in WordPress to your city for example London and not UTC+1.
Please try this and purge the cache and let us know if this has helped.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
