I have couple of questions before I purchase the app.
1. Can customers book multiple same services at the same date and time before they click the finish button at the end of the booking? I am running spa business in San Francisco and the customers book for their friends together under one customer's name. So, before hit the finish button, they go back to booking window and add same service at the same time more times like adding the items in the shopping cart. Not like yoga class, the spa is one on one service so only one employee can take one customer at a time. Could it be possible?
2. I do not want the customer to choose a masseur and want to hide employee's name at the end of the booking step. Can I do it.?
1. Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Currently, customers have the option to bring someone with them, but only for a group appointment. As your services are 1-on-1, it is necessary to complete the booking process and pay for the appointment in order to be able to book a new one for a friend.
We currently do not have a cart option, but we should implement it at the end of the year. how exactly it will work, we currently do not have that kind of information.
2. Yes, you can hide the choose employee option in customize section.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.
If there is no available time slot, they will not be able to book the 5th time. The only other way is for them to call you to book for them as an admin, but in that case, they will have to pay you for that appointment on site.

I have one more question about multiple booking.
I assume that you know what I want from my previous question #1.
Let's say my customer wants to book 5 massage services for her friends and herself at the same time and day.
Like you mentioned, she needs to book and pay 5 times.
What if there is no available staff after four bookings and payments?
Is there any solution for that?

If there is no available time slot, they will not be able to book the 5th time. The only other way is for them to call you to book for them as an admin, but in that case, they will have to pay you for that appointment on site.
