Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

I tried to reproduce the issue on our Demo site; and for us, it is correctly exporting the WooCommerce order ID on any Event that we try.
For example, here is my dummy/test CSV with the Test customer :
-
The only way to not get an Woo order exported, is when the order does not get created > which happens if we add attendees from the back-end to the Event.
( For example, for "Anna Fonda" here, i booked from back-end, and the Woo order didn't get created > and Amelia records the Payment Method as "on-site", not WooCommerce)
Adding attendees, and general booking from back-end does not create Woo order- it has to be booked from front-end, for the Woo order to get created.
Can you tell me, did you possibly add the atendee (s) from the back-end, the ones that don't show the Woo order ID in the export?
Or it was bookings from front-end?
Can you find the Woo order ID, in the WooCommerce Orders for the Event?
- Maybe it is best if i perform a Test booking of a "Test event" that i can make, just to see the behaviour on your site - perhaps there is an isolated issue for your site.
So with your permission, i can make a new Test Event, and a new Test customer > to see if the Woo Order gets correctly created > and if i export a CSV, what will happen.
Then i will delete everything after the test.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Let me know if that sounds OK.
And point me to any booking page with Events, please?
Our developers investigated and we found the issue.
I see that the event where woo commerce ID word, which is one day earlier, Pre-Ride BBQ is actually created after the other one.
The dates when customers made their booking for the event Dirty Boar Gravel Ride are close to when we released the update which added the woo commerce ID field to the database.
Considering that none of the bookings in that event have the ID and all of the ones in the other one do, we conclude that this is the issue.
Also all the booking for the event that doesn't have woo commerce id are made before the ones where it does.
So I assume that when people were booking the first event this field simply did not exist.
If this happens to any event in the future let us know, and we will help you as quick as possible,
but for these existing ones we have concluded what happened.

Please let me know if anything is not clear, and if you have any questions.
