We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Bonjour,
2 issues:
- I synchronized Amelia and Google calendar but the existing appointments do not appear in Google calendar. New appointments yes, but old appointments no. How to make all appointments also appear in google calendar?
- In the backend of Amelia, how to see the unavailable days of employees. We can't make an appointment on an unavailable day (google calendar) so it's ok but can we view all the unavailable days in the backend? (e.g. shaded cells)
Thank you very much for your reply
Hi, Vernageau
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

1.
If you had any issues, regarding the number of Google Calendar Events synchronized, please make sure that you set a high enough number for Events returned, in Amelia settings/integrations/ Google Calendar / Maximum Number Of Events Returned;
I will advise to set at least a thousand for this number > but if you have a strong server, you can increase even more;
this is just to make sure to not reach that maximum limit, if that is reached, then Amelia stops receiving Busy Slots correctly.
-
Unfortunately, for old Events, we don't have a feature to bring them to Google Calendar > if you had some issue, but then fixed it > only the new bookings will get passed from Amelia to the Calendar;
we don't have a way to pass the old Events again. We will do our best to improve that in the future, though.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
2.
Regarding the back-end to show unavailable days for employees , yes - for example, if you use the Calendar View;
and here is an example from our Demo. If i take this employee > and set her to not work the weekends; then Saturdays and Sundays will become greyed out.
Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Thank you for your answer Milos,
For my question number 1, I had already put 2500 for the number of events returned. So it's ok for that.
To recover the old appointments, is it possible to export the appointments in .csv, then to import them afterwards.
Will Google Calendar be up to date after that?
For my question number 2, we did not understand each other.
First, for me the employees do not work on Saturday and Sunday but these 2 days are not greyed out. Why ?
In fact, I would like the busy days of Google Calendar to be grayed out in Amelia's schedule.
Thanks for your feedback
Hi, Vernageau
Sorry for the delay
1. For the first point, as far as i am aware, something like this will not be possible, unfortunately.
I think that we don't have a way to synchronize the old appointments with Google Calendar, even with an import like that,
but i will do my best to find any way possible, and i will report back to confirm it to be sure.
2.
That sounds really strange, the days of those employees should be grayed out for Saturday and Sunday...
We can't replicate this issue on our Testing sites, maybe there is a specific error on your site.
Could i take a look at the WP-Admin back-end, please?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here , just make sure to mark reply as PRIVATE so that nobody can see your credentials.
And if you can point me to the name of those employees ( or maybe none of them work the weekend - then it doesn't matter which one i inspect)?
Thank you
Kind Regards,
