We will try to help you now as best we can, but the license owner should always contact us in the Amelia category and there, when creating a ticket, he must enter the purchase code.
The reason we ask you to do this is that there has been a lot of abuse. Because if the license has expired and the subscription has not been renewed, these users do not have access to our support, the same applies to licenses that are purchased through Envato.
Licenses purchased through Envato have access to our support for only 6 months when that time period has to elapse they have to contract Envato to extend the time for support.
We hope you understand.
An issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:
Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
Your website has a PHP version of less than 7.
The credentials are not correct.
There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.
If you're using Gmail, please check out this article for detailed setup instructions.
Hi Marko, We have no problem purchasing the license but because there is issues I would be afraid it would continue even after purchase. Seems to be an issue with the actual initial appointment button. Both employee and customer are not getting a notification, and its all integrated and set up. I get an error code in the employee settings though (picture attached). The booking has been created in the back end of WP and they receive notifications when I cancel them through the back end but no calendar appointment or zoom appointment does not get created. I'm going back and forth and resetting and integrating it all again following the steps online but at no avail.
We will try again. Do you now own the Lite version of the plugin or do you have a full license?
If you have the Lite version, then you cannot use all the features because they are not supported in the Lite version.
If you have a full license, then as we mentioned, it is necessary for the license owner to contact us and tell us what the issue is, for the reasons listed below.

We have a web developers that have dozens of clients who have installed Amelia and the developers who own the license have to contact us for each client (on their behalf) when there is an issue.
If you are using the Lite version, you do not need to contact the developer because anyone can use the Lite version.
You cannot use Zoom and many other options with the Lite version.
Write me exactly what's wrong, and what you want us to look at, also please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
You are not using the Lite version, you have the full version. You are using a very old version that cannot work properly because it is outdated. You have version 2.9.1 we now have version 5.2.
We do not provide support for old versions because they are not maintained and we cannot know what the issue is. You certainly have a license that has expired and is not active, and unfortunately, you do not have access to support in that case.
In order for everything to work properly and for you to have access to our support, you need to purchase a new license.
Of course, as far as your notifications are concerned, we have looked and seen that your notifications are working.
If you have any more questions you need to buy the new license and open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
We currently launching our website and our web provider has integrated Amelia into our WordPress for free.
It is no longer working as it should i.e.: no notifications are being activated and returned by anyone, outlook and zoom.
Is it a case of purchasing a new license? We do not want to purchase if this error continues.
Looking forward to your reply.
Regards,
Caroline
