Hello, This YouTube video has been very helpful for our clients to get set up with Zoom.
THE PROBLEM now is that Zoom is in the process of deprecating JWT and instead we need to use OAuth (I believe?).
All existing JWT App users have until June 2023 to change their API keys, apparently. And it seems like it is impossible for new users to sign up with JWT.
So do you have an updated tutorial that we can share?
Is the process of creating API keys and using them with Amelia exactly the same?
We still don't have the documentation for that because it will be practiced 10 months from now. When we know exactly how everything will work then we will publish the documentation, and everything will be explained there.
As for API we didn't quite get what you are asking us and what you want to achieve.
We have API Routes for Amelia, but most of them are protected and depend on the permissions that are set in WordPress Accounts. You can check those API Routes in our free version of Amelia. Amelia Lite is a free WordPress booking plugin that allows you to set up a fully-featured automated WordPress booking system on your website. It is a handy tool for small businesses and individuals that depend on stable appointment-booking processes. You can download it from this link.
When you download the Lite version you can find all API Routes in this file ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Infrastructure/Routes/Routes.php
At the moment we have some JavaScript hooks that trigger after confirming booking, before confirming booking...
Seems like I didn't ask the question clearly enough. So let me try again.
In order to connect Amelia with Zoom, it is necessary to enter a Zoom Client Key and Zoom Client Secret.
THAT is what I am talking about.
So, the questions, again.
a) How can NEW users create the Client Key and Client Secret? It seems like JWT is no longer an option so what should Amelia users do? It's NOT good enough to say, "wait till next June". You MUST have an updated tutorial video for today, surely?
b) What should EXISTING Amelia users who created their keys with JWT do?
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Yes. New users can still build a JWT app but they must migrate to the new Server-to-Server OAuth App by June 2023. After this date, users will no longer be able to use their JWT apps. Please take a look at Replacement/Migration Plan for more details.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
No, we don't currently have a tutorial for that, we will do it all in time and we will release all the explanations and tutorials. We have created a task for that, everything should be ready by the end of this year.

I suggest your read the Zoom documentation if you are not familiar with the issue.

"New users can still build a JWT app but they must migrate to the new Server-to-Server OAuth App by June 2023"
SO, does the Amelia team have a tutorial on how to build a Server-to-Server OAuth Zoom App that will generate the Client Key and Secret Key?
If not, when do you plan to make one?
I feel like that is necessary for the majority of Amelia users.
The video your team created for building the JWT App was very helpful.
