We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I'm a production manager for the website EverythingCartagena.com servicing the South American city of Cartagena, Colombia.

We're currently building out our product and service line and have a bare-bones calendar on the site right now. I really like what Amelia has to offer, but we already have a lot of the Amelia offerings built in (like customers, services, logins, and payment systems).

Right now, we only need a calendar that will do the following:

    1. Customer chooses a day for a rental

    2. Customer chooses a rental duration (30 minutes, 60 minutes, etc.)

    3. Customer selects a rental time to pick up or use the rental

My question is can I just use Amelia for this functionality at first WITHOUT using the contact / signups / login / service provider systems Amelia has to offer? In other words, can Amelia just operate as a calendar enhancement tool without having to port all of our current customer, subscriber, and service providers lists over to Amelia?

    Thanks,

    Daivd Tedesco

    Hello David,

Thank you for your interest in our product.

If you want, you don't have to import customers, etc. But Amelia is not just a calendar. Amelia is a booking plugin and it works like this.

In order for your customers to be able to book, you have to create services so that something can be booked, and you need to create employees who will work on those services. The service's working hours depend on the employee's working hours.

When a customer comes to your site, he can choose a service day and time slot, and they need to enter their name and last name, and email address and they will be able to book.

We suggest that you do buy our license and try Amelia out. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee, and in that period of time, you can test everything and see if Amelia fits your needs.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic [email protected]
