    After updating to 5.1 or 5.2 the site crashes.

    Following error ist submitted by wordpress:

    I installed the version you supllied. Ideleted the cache. The site crashed again.

    Hello Theo,

    Issues like this can occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.

    Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.

    If this doesn't helps please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hello Theo, 

    It seems that there is a conflict with the Comet cache plugin, please try to deactivate the Comet plugin. Would you be able to provide us with a clone of your website?

    If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.

    The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.

    Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.

    Hello, it would be great to know, what the solition was as I also have troubles running Amelia when Comet Cache is activated. The backend dashboard of ameli doesn‘t load.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    When you have some questions and issues please open your own ticket so that we do not disturb other users since Theo will get each of our replies. Theo changed to wp fastest cach instead of comet and everything was fine. We try to resolve as many of conflict as we can but some are not possible to be resolved on our end. For now we suggest that you try and change the cache plugin since there are many or you can try this also 

    There is a plugin called "WP Plugin Manager" that is used to disable certain plugins from specific pages. You can install it and disable that plugin from the page where the calendar did not load like this for example

    The Amelia should load fine after that.
