I've made the translations to the notifications for the customer and employee. For the customer I chose Portuguese, and they're ok. But the employee emails are still in English, thought they are translated.
I understand that for the employees there is no need to choose the language, but translation is not working.
What happens is that when you change the language when the page is loaded (the Customer templates are shown), then choosing "Employee" will show you not the "main or standard" english template but also a translations that later is not used.
When I went back the notifications all the templates for Employees where back in English and I couldn't unserstand why. Then I went back to Customer, changed to Portuguese and then back to Employees and they showd up (but are not used). Copied all of them and then refreshed the page to get back to the main English templates and then corrected them. It's solved for me, but it's a small bug.
If we understood you correctly, everything is fine now? We did not manage to replicate that issue either in the local or in the test environment. We hope this won't happen again to you.

Hello Jorge,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Delete the English template and write it in Portuguese and that's it. Notifications for employees can only be in one language.
Hope this helps.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Kind Regards,
