We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hello, from the Wordpress administrator with an Admin account until the month of July, you could make reservations on behalf of the client in the Reservations section and in + New Reservation.
Now there are days that appear in red and I cannot make a reservation, even though there are free spaces in the services that I want to reserve.
Have I changed something in the settings?

I will explain how booking works for Group appointments.
It was always like this. Basically, if some customers are already taking a time-slot, and there is more capacity available;
if a customer comes to book at front-end page - they will see the date and time slot available > and can simply book like that - they will be added into the group appointment.
But, from the back end > if there is already a group appointment, and some customers are in it > then you can't pick a customer to create a new appointment;
instead, you have to edit the existing group appointment > and add a new customer into it.
Let me know if i explained that correctly, and if you have any questions.
