I have an employee who has synced their outlook calendar, this is working correctly as it is blocking out the availability when booking through the front end. However when booking through Admin the time booked in the outlook calendar is showing as available to book an appointment. Please can you advise.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I have just checked and I am still able to book an appointment for Ovie on 6th Sept at 11.30 thorugh Amelia admin despite his outlook calendar showing he is busy! Can you look into this further please.
