When a new customer purchase a packet with a same first name and last name of an existing user, the purchased packet is booked for the old user not the new one, even though the new customer has entered a different email address. Note: I have disabled "Automatically create Amelia Customer user". Any advice how to fix this?!
We tried but couldn't replicate the issue. When we book with the same employee but with a different email address, the real customer gets the packages.
Can you can send us a video of the issue so that we can take a closer look?

Hello Hasse,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We tried but couldn't replicate the issue. When we book with the same employee but with a different email address, the real customer gets the packages.
Can you can send us a video of the issue so that we can take a closer look?
Looking forward to your reply.
