Hi, I need help with a feature of the 2.0 booking step by step format of Amelia.
The trouble happens when the client is in the booking process on a mobile device, in the section where he needs to choose a service and an employee.
So when the client touches the screen to choose between the different services and employees, the keyboard of the mobile device is triggered, hiding the half of the screen and making it difficult and annoying for the client to select between the options that are displayed.
I found this behavior counterproductive knowing that it is a selection section and not an input field like the name or email that are required later on the booking process.
There is any way to prevent this behavior or fix it?
I'm going to attach some pictures from a mobile device with a big screen, knowing that this issue is even worse on devices with smaller screens.

I already disabled and enabled the plugin, actualized the working hours, but nothing seems to work.

We are glad to hear that you have resolved the first issue.
We went to your site and everything seems to work as it should. When you click on services from the desktop, you can use the keyboard to quickly search for services like this
Since the mobile phone does not have an external keyboard, it is normal for it to appear and we cannot do anything about it, because mobile devices work this way.
But as soon as we select the service via the mobile keyboard, it automatically disappears.
As far as we can see everything functions properly.
