I'm running PHP version 7.4.27, getting ready to upgrade to 8.1 this week.
This message is just a notification, and it will not affect any functionalities of your site.
Our best suggestion is to simply disable the WP_DEBUG, because this is only used on testing/staging sites, to see any warnings - it should not be enabled for live/production sites.
We had a couple of users who already had this exact same warning,
and once they disabled for PHP to not show those warnings, they had no more issues.
These kinds of warnings are just notifications, it is not going to affect the functionality of the plugin, so I strongly believe if you do that, everything should work without issues.
