When a new customer books for the first time, a profile is automatically created for them. If I chose the "Require password for login" option in settings, the customer cannot access the customer-panel without a password. However, at no point is the customer prompted to choose a password. So, how does the customer log in for the first time, since they are required to have a password, but have not been asked to create one??
Many thanks.
Sebastian
Hello Sebastian,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
When you place the customer panel placeholder in the notifications and when they click the link for the first time, they will be automatically logged into the panel. After that, by clicking on their profile in the panel, they will be able to create a password. We plan to change this in the future but we don't have an eta to give you at this moment.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
