The Outlook calendar Integrations used to add a very clean and organized appointment to my calendar, it's since stopped working properly and everything is jumbled together.
I made no changes at all to my system. It worked fine for a long time and then just started doing this. I've waited a few weeks to see if it would fix itself with an update but the problem persists. Is there anything that I can do to correct this?
Attached are pictures of how it was, how it is now, and the setup in Amelia.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Since you only have one employee, do I have your permission to create a test employee and book an appointment to see how it is displayed in my calendar?
Yes, but please remove the employee asap so customers don’t accidentally have their jobs scheduled on that employee. I don’t give them the option to choose an employee during scheduling so I’m not sure what happens if there are more than one and they schedule a job. Does it randomize who they get or???

We have noted that this is an issue with the Outlook event description field and we have passed this to our developer this should be resolved for the next few update, but there is no ETA at the moment, thank you for pointing this out.
