I am contacting you today because I have an error that is displayed on my website I installed an Amélia contact form that no longer works could you help me?
The link gives access to an image that shows that the form does not load, it remains loading.
I tested with the new version V2 of the forum I also get a 500 error.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

The issue might be coming from few different reasons, i don't wish to guess too much, but let's try to start with this.
Can you please tell me, did you perhaps place the New Form, with any of the Old Forms together on same page?
If so, this can cause issues - please set the New Step Form without the Old Forms, and see if that helps?

If that is not the case - can you tell me, is the issue same when you log as Admin, and when you are logged out?
For example, if you only see the form as Admin > but it's not loading for non logged users;
The old Form is based on Vue Framework 2; but the New Form is based on Vue Framework 3;
There are most probably some security measures on your site - that are related to Vue Framework 3,
If you can see the Form as logged in, but can not as non-logged in visitor, the issue is not with Amelia, but something is blocking the access.
The best option would be to reach out to your hosting provider, send them the link of the booking page and tell them exactly what you told us - you can see the page when you're logged in as an admin, but you can't see it from an incognito window (or when you're logged out).
They should be able to find what is blocking the Vue Framework 3 for non-logged-in users.

Please send me a link to this page with the issue;
and if i can log in as Admin, too.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
