I need to be able to send notifications 1 year after an event, but not all events. As it is now, I have to go into the notifications and add each event as they are created. Is there a work around for this?
Example: 30 separate events called "Event A" scheduled on different dates, with a tag "Event A"
Various other events called Event B, Event C, Event D.
I need to only send notifications to people signed up for Event A, 1 year after the event is over.
Notifications only lets me choose "All Events", which will also send emails to "Event B/C/D", or I can go in and pick each Event A manually, which can be hundreds per year. I need an option for "All Events with Tag", or something like that. Any suggestions?
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

Sorry to disappoint you, at this time it is not possible to create a way to send separate notifications to "additional people" who are being added with the main customer making the booking.
We plan to add it in the future, but i can't say an exact ETA on it.
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

The only way how you can get any additional information at this time, is to add Custom Fields to the Form, then a customer coult input any information you need, it will be recorded as part of the booking information for you;
