I've been using Amelia on a site of a client of mine for some time now. Although I'm convinced it's a good plugin, I'm still not feeling it. It does not fit right with my client.
She has a beauty salon but her main focus is giving advice on how to use the products she's selling. So she doesn't give much treatments like a regular beauty salon.
She needs appointments for: - product pick-up and extra information - for follow-up conversations during a certain weight loss program - skin care treatments - mini workshops - Small events
Basicly she's working alone, so she should be able to adjust her hours, her days, her services, ... and at the same time be able to assign all of these to herself ('the employee'). I've contacted you before and simply got the answer that we should assign the Amelia manager and the Amelia employee to 2 different email adresses. This is very user unfriendly, as she has to switch constantly during both accounts or ask me to make the adjustments.
I'm writing this because I hope you will try and help me to find a solution to this problem, as I don't believe no one bumped into this before. Else I'm afraid I will have to look into another plugin that is more suitable. Again, still convinced Amelia is a good plugin, but it doesn't do the trick for entrepreneurs who work by themselves.
Unfortunately, it is still the only solution. It is necessary to have two different roles with two different emails for the reason that different roles have different permissions and cannot be combined because this leads to conflicts within the plugin. And that's why admin and employee cannot be one role and one user. Amelia works like that and unfortunately, it cannot be changed.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
