Good Night, I have a booking website, and I have the problem that the notifications when I confirm the reservation doesn't arrive to the customer. Than notification has the google meet link, other notifications like cancelled reservations doesn't have the same problem, only the accepted reservation
If we understood you correctly, some notifications work, and others dont? This should not be possible because all notifications use the same settings.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We created a test customer and booked an appointment, and you can see that we immediately received a notification that our appointment was approved.
Your status for appointments is pending, but when we change it to approved, we get a notification immediately. As far as we can see, everything works and there are no issues.
