Good evening, urgent problem on amelia, 
for 4 days the notification e-mails have not been sent 
to the customer and not even to the specialist.
For our part, nothing has been changed. 
Can you help us? Thank you very much.

Hello Eddy,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

An issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:

Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
Your website has a PHP version of less than 7.
The credentials are not correct.
There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.
If you're using Gmail, please check out this article for detailed setup instructions.
Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue.

Ho controllato tutti i passaggi.
Il tuo provider di hosting sta bloccando tutte le impostazioni di terze parti e consente solo le loro impostazioni SMTP (o altre).
----- Controllato hosting, nessun problema.
Il tuo sito web ha una versione PHP inferiore a 7.
---- Php 7.4
Le credenziali non sono corrette.
----- Credenziali corrette
C'è qualcos'altro che blocca l'invio delle notifiche.
----- Il problema sembra giungere da Amelia
Se stai utilizzando Gmail, consulta questo articolo per istruzioni dettagliate sulla configurazione.
----- Generato nuova password per terze parti ma nessun cambiamento.
Come posso procedere per risolvere il problema urgentemente?
