Is it possible to create a different customer approved email notofication for each service. Some of my appointments are studio based and some are online Zoom classes so the info I need to send the customer after they book is different depending on what they book.

For that purpose, you can create a custom notification and assign it to a specific service on the Amelia/Notifications page.
