1. I added one service into website with 3 capacity.
2. I created one appointment with one customer on 10/05 at 5:30 PM at the dashboard
3. I tried to create another appointment with another customer on same date and time for the same service but I cannot see that specific time in the dropdown list.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add customers who will attend the appointment in this way.
From the back, you can just click on a customer who has already booked and increase the number of people who will show up for that appointment. If you want to add a customer with full data to that appointment, you need to book instead of a customer on the front from the incognito window.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

I have another issue. All my services are connected to one woocommerce product.
If I booked multiple appointments, I found I can only add one appointment in the cart and others will be deleted. I found a ticket - https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com//ticket/2963225/ talk about this issue. They said there is a toggle at the backend to delete the existing appointment or add new appointment into non empty cart. Can you help me on this?
If we understand you correctly, do you want to have more products in your cart? If that is the case then you should know that the integration works this way, and it doesn't accept more than one product if an Amelia product is present. There's a possible workaround, though.
Please note that this hasn't been thoroughly tested, but a few of our customers have confirmed that it works as expected.
Please access this script: ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Infrastructure/WP/Integrations/WooCommerce/WooCommerceService.php and comment line 604, in the "addToCart" method:
$wooCommerceCart->remove_cart_item($wc_key);
This should allow you to add more than one appointment in the cart.
If you have already commented on the lines that remove the products from the cart, you can test it and see if it works fine. Our developers will add the option in the back-end where it would be available to toggle between the option to delete all the products from the cart once the one from Amelia has been added or to freely add the new product from Amelia and add it to a non-empty cart.
Please provide us with an update if it is working fine from your end.
Can I add multiple appointments to one product and add the product to the cart?
I booked one appointment and there is a button said "start new booking" click that button and create another appointment. After adding all appointments to the product, click continue and go to the cart page.
We plan to introduce it in the future as well as many other things. For some features, it will take a some time to be implemented, depending on the priority. When we have features that have a thousand votes each, we try to implement them first, and we have already implemented a large number of new features recently. At the moment, as you can see, we are working on new booking forms, but as much as we would like, we cannot implement everything at once, and for this reason, we cannot give you an ETA for it.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
For bulk appointments, unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia, but we hope that it will be a feature in the future.
All custom changes you make will disappear after the update and need to be implemented again.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
I have the same issue as you explain in your first message. The timeslot is not available anymore after 1 client makes a booking eventhough the capacity is set to 4.
You said you solved it. Could you please tell me how?
Once there is one appointment for one time slot, you cannot create another appointment. What you can do is go the existing appointment and add more customers in the customer fields. Amelia supports one group with multiple people as well as different groups that does not know each other at all.
When you offer group classes you need to enable the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity" in Amelia/settings/appointment settings. When this is enabled, multiple customers will be able to book the same time slot, without having to fill in the minimum capacity.
That is for the front end so that multiple customer can book the same time slot. If you want to add the customer from the back , unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. You can only increase the number of people that will attend that appointment by adding them to customer that is already booked that appointment.
If you have any more questions please feel to open your ticket in Amelia category.

Hello Marko,
Based on this message, your developer has been working on this feature since February. Do you have any ETA on this?

Is this feature possible?

If I have to manually comment on the line of code, I found I have to do it every time after updating the plugin. Can I know the ETA for this feature?
